Fabolous’ contract reveals details about his demands

I guess that to receive the loans from banks you should have a good motivation. But, once I've received a credit loan, because I was willing to buy a building.

According to Contract documents on TheSmokingGun.com (Link provided by UNC10), Check out things different artists have recently demanded:

SOME of rapper T.I.'s demands in a May 2009 contract:
Pre-paid $1000 bar tab or specific liquors, 12 hand towels, cases of specific waters and fruit juices and other drinks, 9 filet mignon at least 9oz each, other specific foods, drinks and candy, and a list that goes on and on

Only SOME of the things Jay-Z required in a 2009 contact at a University:
1 large couch, 1 love seat, 2 matching end tables, 2 lamps, 2 6ft tables with tablecloths, 4 standard folding chairs, 1 full length mirror, 2 cases of fiji water, 6 cans coca-cola, 6 cans red bull, a good 10 different bottles of alcohol (which were excluded due to particular University's policy), a wide variety of specific foods and other drinks, specific types of vehicles used for transportation

Ryan Adams demands (from a 2008 contract):

A tea kettle, strawberry tea, rose hips non caff tea, ashtray, copies of the New York Times, liquid vial of pantax ginseng, white unscented candle, package of organic granola, container non fat no dairy yogurt, large bottle of seltzer water, container of unsalted almonds, 3 cans of diet 7up, 1 large salad with anchovies and tofu; pizza, sandwiches, salads, wings, sushi or other to be determined the day of;
AFTER SHOW TO STOCK TOUR BUS: 2 50 pound bags of ice, 3 cases of bottled water (specifically Fiji or Poland Springs), box of assorted plastic utensils and solo cups, 6 assorted fruit drinks, 1 pound starbucks coffee and earl grey assorted herbal teas, 1 jar of honey, large container of skippy's creamy peanut butter, 1 lg jar of smucker's strawberry jelly, 1 box raisin bran one, 1 box honey nut cheerios, 1 pack of organic granola, 6 containers of yogurt, 4 cans of bumble bee albacore tuna, 6 pairs of men's athletic socks, 1 bottle of listerine mouthwash, 1 bottle of aleve...and that's even leaving some of them out.

Dear DTH, why do you guys suck so much? Seriously, it's every single day. Your "facts" are constantly wrong (the Anoop show is at 7PM!!!!! Why do you keep saying it is at 8?) and your "opinions" are constantly extremely ridiculous.

Also, you would probably shit your pants if you saw some other artists' contracts. This is not a big deal at all.

I wonder what your own personal demands are, as you sit working late at night in the DTH office? Do you ever get hungry or thirsty? And someone obviously requested that you guys have chairs and couches and a tv? Just as you want those things while you are working, other people want things while they are working. You guys are so INCREDIBLY RIDICULOUS.
